Heb Hebrews, chapter Epistle to the Hebrews, chapter 1
God-The Father, who at sundry times and in different manners spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,Num 12:6; 1Pe 1:10
Has in these last days spoken unto us by [his] Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;Psa 2:8; Isa 9:6; Jhn 1:3; Jhn 8:26; Jhn 15:15; Gal 4:4; Eph 1:10
Who being the brightness of [his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;Psa 110:1; 2Co 4:4; Eph 1:7; Col 1:15
Being made so much better than the angels, as he has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.Php 2:9
For unto which of the angels said he at any time, youi are my Son, this day have I begotten youi? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?Psa 2:7; 2Sa 7:14; 1Ch 17:13; Heb 5:5
And again, when he brings in the firstbegotten into the world, he says, And let all the angels of God-The Father worship him.Psa 97:7
And of the angels he says, Who makes his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.Psa 104:4
But unto the Son [he says], You1s throne, O God-The Father, [is] forever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness [is] the sceptre of youri kingdom.Luk 1:32
youi have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God-The Father, [even] youri God-The Father, has anointed youi with the oil of gladness above youri fellows.Psa 45:6; Isa 61:1; Jhn 3:34; Act 4:27
And, youi, Lord - Kurios, in the beginning have laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of youri hands:
They shall perish; but youi remaine; and they all shall grow (become; advance) old as does a garment;Isa 34:4; Isa 51:6; Mat 24:35
And as a vesture shall youi fold them up, and they shall be changed: but youi are the same, and youri years shall not fail.Psa 102:25
But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make youri enemies youri footstool?Psa 110:1; Mrk 12:36; Mrk 16:19; Eph 1:20
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?Gen 19:16; Psa 34:7; Psa 91:11; Psa 103:21; Dan 7:10; Act 5:19
