HERV परमेश्वर कहता है, “यरूशलेम की ओर देखो। यरूशलेम एक ऐसी नगरी थी जो मुझमें विश्वास रखती थी और मेरा अनुसरण करती थी। वह वेश्या की जैसी किस कारण बन गई अब वह मेरा अनुसरण नहीं करती। यरूशलेम को न्याय से परिपूर्ण होना चाहिये। यरूशलेम के निवासियों को, जैसे परमेश्वर चाहता है, वैसे ही जीना चाहिये। किन्तु अब तो वहाँ हत्यारे रहते हैं।”
