And it came to pass in the days of Achaz [he has grasped] the son of Toram [Yehovah is Perfect], the son of ‘Uziyah [my strength is Yehovah], king of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], [that] Retzin [firm] the king of Aram (Syria) [exalted], and Pekach [opened] the son of Remalyahu [protected by Yehovah], king of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], went up toward Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] to war against it, but could not prevail against it.
