KOERV 어떤 남자가 다른 남자의 노예인 여자와 잠자리를 같이 하였다고 하자. 그런데 여자 노예를 데리고 갈 남자가 몸값을 치르지 않아서, 그 여자가 아직 자유의 몸이 되지 못한 상태라면, 그 두 사람은 벌을 받기는 하나 사형은 당하지 않는다. 그 여자가 자유의 몸이 아니었기 때문이다.
