Následují slova dopisu, který prorok Jeremiáš poslal z Jeruzaléma zbytku stařešinů ve vyhnanství a také kněžím, prorokům a všemu lidu, který Nabukadnesar odvlekl z Jeruzaléma do Babylonu.
