BKR Řekl k nim: Dali jste mi toho člověka, jako by lid odvracel po sobě, a aj, já před vámi vyptávaje se ho, žádné viny jsem nenalezl na tom člověku ve všem tom, což vy na něj žalujete.

SNC a řekl jim: „Přivedli jste mi tohoto člověka s obviněním, že pobuřuje lid proti Římu. Byli jste při tom, když jsem ho vyslýchal, a musíte mi dát za pravdu, že jsem ho neusvědčil ze žádného zločinu.
