Aby mne opět, když bych přišel, neponížil Bůh můj u vás, a plakal bych mnohých z těch, kteříž jsou prve hřešili, a nečinili pokání z nečistoty, a z smilstva, a z nestydatosti, kterouž páchali.

2. Korintským 12:21 v různých překladech

Čeština

B21 Bojím se, aby mě můj Bůh, až přijdu, před vámi znovu neponížil, kdybych musel truchlit nad tolika dřívějšími hříšníky, kteří nečinili pokání z nečistoty, smilstva a nestydatosti, kterou páchali.

SNC Nechtěl bych zažít, aby mě Bůh před vámi tak pokořil, že bych musel plakat a naříkat nad některými, kteří místo toho, aby se v pokání odvrátili od svých poklesků, hřeší klidně dál a stále se oddávají nemravnosti a nezřízeným vášním.
