The sons of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] [were] Er and Onan: and Er and Onan died in the land of Kena’an [Merchant].

And the sons of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] after their families were; of Shelah [A Petition], the family of the Shelani: of Partzi [Breach (breaking forth; a break; opening, inlet)], the family of the Partzi: of Zerach [Rising], the family of the Zarchi.

And the sons of Partzi [Breach (breaking forth; a break; opening, inlet)] were; of Hetzron [surrounded by a wall], the family of the Hetzroni: of Hamul [Spared], the family of the Hamuli.

These [are] the families of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] according to those that were numbered of them, threescore and sixteen thousand and five hundred.
