Pro Proverbs, chapter Proverbs of Solomon, chapter 3
My son, forget not my law; but let youi heart keep my commandments:
For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to youi.Deu 8:1; Deu 30:16
Let not mercy and tforsake youi: bind them about youi neck; write them upon the table of youi heart:
So shall youi find favour and good understanding in the sight of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] and man.Rom 12:17
Trust in the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] with all youi heart; and lean not unto youi own understanding.Jer 9:23; 2Ki 18:5
In all youi ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct youi paths.
Be not wise in youi own eyes: fear the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and depart from evil.Rom 12:16; Ecc 7:17
It shall be health to youi navel, and marrow to youi bones.
Honour the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] with youi substance, and with the firstfruits of all youi increase:Luk 14:13
So shall youi barns be filled with plenty, and youi presses shall burst out with new wine.
My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]; neither be weary of his correction:Job 5:17; Heb 12:5; Rev 3:19
For whom the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] loves he corrects; even as a father the son [in whom] he delights.
Happy [is] the man [that] finds wisdom, and the man [that] gets understanding.
For the merchandise of it [is] better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.Job 28:15; Pro 8:11
She [is] more precious than rubies: and all the things youi can desire are not to be compared unto her.
Length of days [is] in her right hand; [and] in her left hand riches and honour.Pro 4:10; Pro 9:11
Her ways [are] ways of pleasantness, and all her paths [are] peace.
She [is] a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy [is every one] that retains her.Pro 11:30; Pro 15:4
The LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] by wisdom has founded the earth; by understanding has he established the heavens.Psa 33:6
By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
My son, let not them depart from youi eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:
So shall they be life unto youi soul, and grace to youi neck.
Then shall youi walk in youi way safely, and youi foot shall not stumble.Psa 37:24
When youi lay down, youi shall not be afraid: yea, youi shall lie down, and youi sleep shall be sweet.Psa 3:5; Psa 4:8
Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.Psa 112:7
For the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] shall be youi confidence, and shall keep youi foot from being taken.
Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of youri hand to do [it].
Say not unto youri neighbour, Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give; when youi have it by youi.1Pe 4:10; 2Co 8:12
Devise not evil against youi neighbour, seeing he dwells securely by youi.
Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done youi no harm.
Envy youi not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.Psa 37:1; Psa 73:3
For the perverse (twisted) [habitually disposed to disobedience and opposition] [is] abomination to the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]: but his secret [is] with the righteous.
The curse of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] in the house of the wicked: but he blesses the habitation of the just.Deu 28:15; Mal 2:2
Surely he scorns the scorners: but he gives grace unto the lowly.Jas 4:6; 1Pe 5:5
The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.
