They shall hold the bow and the lance: they [are] cruel, and will not show mercy: their voice shall roar like the sea, and they shall ride upon horses, [everyone] put in array (to put on; to clothe), like a man to the battle, against youi, O daughter of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion].
