SKB Ni vet själva mycket väl att Herrens dag kommer [lika plötsligt och oväntat] som en tjuv om natten. [Herrens dag är ett välbekant uttryck i Bibeln. Profeterna kallar den en domens dag, se Amos 5:18-20; Joel 2:11-13. Det är också en dag av frälsning och återupprättelse, se Joel 2:32. Det är en dag då Gud griper in i historien och slutgiltigt dömer synden och upprättar tusenårsriket, se Upp 6-19.
