And it was told David [beloved]; and he gathered all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and passed over Yarden [Descender], and came upon them, and set [the battle] in array (to put on; to clothe) against them. So when David [beloved] had put the battle in array (to put on; to clothe) against the Aram [exalted] [Syrians], they fought with him.
