Hereby perceive we the love [of God-The Father], because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down [our] lives for the brethren.Jhn 15:13; Rom 5:8; Eph 5:2
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.
OJBBy this we have had da'as of ahavah, because that One on behalf of us laid down his nefesh; and we ought, on behalf of the Achim b'Moshiach, to lay down our nefashot.
TCENTBy this we know love, that he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.
T4TThe way that we now know how to truly love our fellow believers is by remembering that Christ ◄voluntarily died/gave his life► for us. So, when our fellow believers need something, we should be willing to help them. We should even be willing to die for them.
