All you2f, assemble yourselves, and hear; which among them has declared these [things]? The LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has loved him: he will do his pleasure on Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], and his arm [shall be on] the Kasdim [clod-breakers].
