Ja, han ska krossa (slå) sina fienders huvuden, den håriga kronan (skalpen) på den som går där i sin stora skuld. [Den håriga skalpen kan syfta på det barbariska eller demoniska utseendet på dessa fiender. Här kan man också ana ett uppfyllande av den urgamla profetian från 1 Mos 3:15.]
