The LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] reigns; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad [thereof].Psa 93:1; Psa 99:1; Zec 9:10
Clouds and darkness [are] round about him: righteousness and judgment [are] the habitation of his throne.Rev 10:1; Psa 89:14
A fire goes before him, and burns up his enemies round about.
His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.Rev 4:5; Psa 77:16
The hills melted like grow (become; advance) at the presence of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], at the presence of the Lord-Adon of the whole earth.
The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.Psa 19:1
