S posvěcováním začali hned prvního dne prvního měsíce. Osmého dne téhož měsíce postoupili do předsíně Hospodinova chrámu. Dalších osm dní posvěcovali Hospodinův chrám a šestnáctého dne prvního měsíce byli hotovi.2Ki 23:12
