Therefore hear you2f the counsel of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), that he has taken against Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion]; and his purposes, that he has purposed against the land of the Kasdim [clod-breakers]: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out: surely he shall make [their] habitation desolate with them.Jer 49:20; Jer 49:29
