Dobytí Gezeru a jeruzalémského hradu
V těch dnech se Šimon utábořil před Gezerem, oblehl ho vojsky a začal ho dobývat. Postavil obléhací věž, přisunul ji k městu, prolomil jednu z hradebních věží a města se zmocnil.
