Therefore thus says the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) concerning the king of Ashur [the level plain] (the land of the sons of Shem (name, renown (great reputation; being well-known))), He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a bank against it.
