To the Heavenly Worship Leader upon Mahalat [meaning disputed], Maskhil [a poem of contemplation], [A Psalm (sacred song about or to God)] of David [Beloved].
The fool has said in his heart, [There is] no God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: [there is] none that does good.Psa 10:4; Psa 14:1
