These [are] now the chief of their fathers, and [this is] the genealogy of them that went up with me from Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], in the reign of Artach’shashta [I will make the spoiled to boil: I will stir myself (in) winter] the king.
