BLT O descanso de Deus continua lá para que alguns entrem, mesmo que antes outros tenham ouvido as boas novas e tenham fracassado em entrar, por causa da desobediência deles.

NBV-P Entretanto, a promessa continua, e alguns entraram naquele descanso; mas não aqueles que tiveram a primeira oportunidade, pois desobedeceram a Deus e não conseguiram entrar.

TfTP Algumas pessoas conseguiram entrar naquele lugar de descanso eterno. Mas aqueles israelitas que ouviram inicialmente a boa mensagem pregada {ouviram primeiro a boa mensagem} sobre aquilo que Deus lhes tinha prometido não entraram naquele lugar de descanso, porque recusaram crer em Deus.
