Because the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has spoiled Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], and destroyed out of her the great voice; when her waves do roar like great waters, a noise of their voice is uttered:
