Так говорит Господь: «Если любите жизнь, смотрите, не носите нош в субботу17:21 Суббота. Седьмой день недели у иудеев. День, посвященный Господу. В этот день, согласно повелению Господа, израильский народ отдыхал и совершал определенные ритуальные жертвоприношения. После разрушения храма Господа (в 586 г. до н. э.) израильтяне стали собираться в синагогах, чтобы возносить хвалу Господу и слушать Его слово (см. Исх. 20:10; Втор. 5:12–15; Лев. 23:3). В этот день запрещалось работать (Исх. 31:15), разводить огонь (Исх. 35:3), готовить пищу (Исх. 16:23), носить ношу и т. д.
